Ella Stark
With more than 15 years of experience caring for our tiniest learners, Ella leads the Infant and Toddler Rooms with warmth and expertise. She holds an Early Learning and Child Care Diploma and is certified as a Level 3 Child Development Supervisor.
Ella believes that even the youngest children learn best through secure attachments and sensory exploration, and she takes pride in creating a calm, nurturing space where every baby feels safe and loved.
Harriet Bailey
Harriet brings a joyful energy to the Pre-Kindergarten and KinderCare Rooms, guiding busy little explorers through play, discovery, and early friendships. She holds a Level 2 Early Childhood Educator Certification with additional training in Inclusive Education and Child Guidance.
Harriet’s creative activities and gentle structure help pre-schoolers build confidence, independence, and communication skills while having fun every day.
Melinda Schiller
As head of the OSC Program, Melinda supports school-aged children in Grades 1–6 through engaging before- and after-school experiences. She holds a Diploma in Child and Youth Care and specialized certification in Behavior Support and Program Planning.
Melinda designs hands-on projects, games, and leadership activities that keep older kids active, social, and supported in a safe, welcoming environment.
